A WP backend page is provided for managing which buttons are displayed and which not.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

For the buttons to show up, add <?php echo get_jamie_social_code(); ?> to the page/post template.
