The plugin adds a GUI-based form builder to the backend.

The admin can create, edit and remove their forms using simple controls and via a drag & drop interface.

Embedding created forms is done via a simple shortcode system: [show_form id="Form_ID"]

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.3 or higher
