The plugin gives a standardized thumbnail format using CSS, puts a caption underneath each one using the title and makes them linked so they popup in full size.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
