jQuery dateInput creates a calendar-like date picker that can be used in Web pages for users to seamlessly select date values without having to deal themselves with complicated date formats.

The date picker can be embedded in a page or made to show as a popup when the user focuses inside an input field.

A demo is included with the download package to get developers started on their own date pickers.
