The library works by sniffing out the user agent string, detecting the browser type and delivering the user a browser-specific CSS file if it exists in a pre-specified location.
CSS Override requires the programmer to create browser specific stylesheets and suffix them appropriately (_safari.css, _iphone.css, _opera.css, etc.).
The library is perfect for websites that run from the same code structure for both the mobile and desktop versions.
