Captain Social works by embedding a collection of icons on a page.

These icons can be embedded via a provided shortcode or template tag (check README file for syntax).

When clicked, the icons will simply redirect the user to a specified social network account.

The account links can be configured in the Captain Social settings page, in the WP administration backend.
Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
