WP PunchCard is based on the PunchCard jQuery plugin.

The submitted content, the target sites, the shapes and colors can be configured.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
