It was written to display a "Top of the page" link whenever the user scrolled the page till the bottom.

The plugin can be used in any page, providing additional controls on how the user views and interacts with a web page, and the web page reacting to its user input.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· MooTools 1.2.1 or higher
