Scroll To will move the scrollbar to desired positions, based on a given selector (anchor).

The plugin can be used for deep-linking a larger page, jumping the user to a desired position by the press of a button.

Settings like offset, animation speed and easing effects can be customized at will.

A sample page is included with the download package.
