The Apache Provisionr toolset was created as a way to move virtual machines amongst cloud computing services and servers alike.

Provisionr can automatically handle all the differences between cloud hosting provider details like OS, pre-installed packages and binaries, DNS settings, SSH, VPN and config files.

It will improve cloud computing portability features by providing a ready-made toolkit that can automate migration tasks.
