WP Quick Contact Us adds a small tab in the corner of all site pages, which when pushed expands into a fully blown contact form.

This allows users to contact the site owner at any time and eliminates the need of having a contact page.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.2 or higher
