The plugin simulates the actions of the former HTML tag, 'marquee'.

It will scroll a list's items one after the other with a horizontal scroll.

Usage:

JQuery('#container').webTicker();

,where #container is the ID of HTML unordered list, which items will be scrolled in the ticker.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.2 or higher
