Responsive HTML tables draw their name from the 'responsive design' principle, a design pattern that refers to Web pages and Web-based apps that render the same on mobile and desktop devices, using fluid layouts that shift around to fit content in available whitespace, regardless of viewport size.

The plugin implements such a pattern for HTML tables, forcing wide tables to display vertically on mobile screens, scrolling down to see more content, instead of scrolling sideways.

Demos are included with the download package.
