This application can be used by CFML, PHP, HTML, JSP, Java and .Net developers the same.

Railo 3.1 Express is a live version which means that it does not need to be installed. Just copy it onto a computer and without further installation it can start.

This is especially interesting for testing applications under Railo, learning Railo or simply using it as development background.
