MW WP Form is an unique system for building contact forms in WordPress, relying solely on shortcodes to assemble and publish the forms.

Using a simple WYSIWYG editor, users can assemble forms together, customize their validation rules, the notification message, and then take the automatically generated shortcode and publish the form to the frontend.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.4 or higher
