jQuery Disabler is an open-source jQuery plugin for disabling form or non-form elements on a page.

It can work in bulk or only for selected elements.

To prevent blocking user access to elements, the element's content can also be deemed read-only, removing interactivity like when disabling them, but still allowing to user to select desired text.

The plugin is compatible with jQuery UI, Bootstrap or unstyled normal elements.

Multiple demos are included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.7 or higher
· jQuery UI 1.8 or higher
