CSSrefresh was developed with CSS developers in mind.

The library removes the overhead of refreshing a page everytime a change is made to the CSS.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side

Limitations:

· CSSrefresh uses a XMLHttpRequest to get the modification time of the CSS-files, therefore it only works in a server environment.
