The plugin can add a newsletter subscription form to pages and record all user details (name & email) to the local WordPress database.

The form is styleable via CSS and comes with a few themes packed out of the box.

The newsletter subscription form can be embedded anywhere on the site with the help of a shortcode and WP function.

Usage instructions are detailed with the package's README file.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
