It lets the site's administrator decide what menu options to show and what not to various registered users.

A special page is added in the backend, where the admin can go and customize the admin menu on an user basis.
Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.0.1 or higher
