This plugin will show a bar at the top of every page on the site, informing the user about cookie usage.

It will only inform the user, not block his access to the site or disable cookie usage.
Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 2.9 or higher
