jqTime works in real-time and uses the visitor's local time.

jqTime can be used for simple clocks, or for more complicated watches like count-down or count-up timers that use real time values.

A demo is included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.4 or higher

Limitations:

· Documentation is in Russian, but nothing that Google Translate can't handle.
