With the "Subtitle" plugin, editors have a special field on the editing screen to enter their subtitle text.

The field appears right under the title bar and is very easily noticeable once the plugin has been activated.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.5.1 or higher

Limitations:

· To have this subtitle text appear in the frontend, some manual coding must be done. Check the plugin's README instructions to see how you can make the subtitle text appear on pages and posts.
