It uses the Cli.gs URL shortening service to provide a link back to the post from Twitter.

The PRO version provides extra posting and management options to the free version.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
