Auto NoFollow Links automates the process of adding a rel="nofollow" attribute to anchor tags (<a>).

The webmaster only needs to install the plugin, not needing to do or configure anything else.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
