jQuery Mobile Select takes a normal navigation menu and every time the page is accessed from a mobile device, or the browser is resized at smaller viewports, it transforms the aforementioned menu into a drop-down select.

Choosing an option in the drop-down will automatically redirect the user to his selected page URL.

By default, the plugin kicks in at viewport widths smaller than 480 pixels, but this is a customizable value.
