Not a full blown progress bar, the Barfiller plugin can create a simple bar, filled at a desired percentage value.

It can be used to indicate the current status of an operation.

It is animated at page load from zero to the current value and every time the page is resized.

Barfiller does not include a real-time modification mechanism, unless provided with an external script that changes the HTML 5 data attribute used to control the fill percentage.

A demo is included with the download package.
