The WP Approve User plugin does not grant access to newly registered site users until one of the admins manually approves them in the backend.

Once accepted or rejected, an optional email can be sent to the user.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.1 or higher
