It comes with 4 skins and allows the user to pick the desired date without being hassled with date and time formats in input fields.

Smoothly animating and very configurable. No Ajax - pure Javascript.

Will work for any date-format and even supports time-picking.

Tested on Firefox 3 (OSX, Win XP, Win Vista), Safari 3 (OSX, Win XP), Safari 4 beta (OSX), IE 7 (Win XP, Win Vista), IE 8 (Vista) and even IE6 (XP @ VirtualPC).
