The jQuery Burn plugin uses constantly animated CSS 3 text shadows to simulate a burning flame effect.
To use, just add the 'burning' CSS class to any text block.
Because it's CSS 3, the effect can be applied to practically any text element, the original text remains selectable and the text can be scaled to any font size.
Additionally, various animation and flame settings can be tweaked for more customized fiery animations.
Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.8 or higher
Limitations:
· The effect can be quite CPU intensive when used for too many elements.
