Uploaded files can be attached to a post or page so the download URL, thumbnail and other file information are appended automatically to the content.

The download manager also offers options to limit traffic and download speed.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
