The plugin is active on the level of the WordPress WYSIWYG editor.

'Paste as Plain Text' works by removing any kind of formatting from pasted text inside the editor.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.2 or higher
