The I-Agree WP plugin shows a small checkbox on the site login form which users must check to access the site.

A link to the terms of service can be configured using the plugin's backend settings section.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.5 or higher
