Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Now to embed the contact form in a page or post, just add the [contact] shortcode.

By default, the form contains a name, email, subject, and message field.

All contact emails will automatically be sent to the administrator's email address.

Requirements:

· WordPress 2.8 or higher
