Server-side JavaScript technology has seen a huge rise since CommonJS compliant technology like Node.js, Socket.IO or Express has seen lots and lots more usage and contributions from the community.

And as the npm repository grows, the modules and their functionality seem more and more enticing to regular client-side JavaScript developers.

cjs2web is a Node.js module, which will take CommonJS compliant code and convert it into a format suitable for running from the browser, and so on the client-side.
