The running log database can then be updated from the WordPress Admin Dashboard, allowing the admin to update running statistics immediately.

Running log data will be displayed in a sidebar widget.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 2.7 or higher
