This plugin is the RoR version of the jQuery plugin of the same name: qTip.

qTip, the 1.x and 2.x series are considered to be one of the best jQuery plugins for adding support for hover tooltips on a Web page.

This Rails package only implements the v2.x branch of the plugin.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery JavaScript Library
· Ruby on Rails 3.1 or higher
