jQselectable frees the drop-down select from the current customization constraints, allowing developers to use their own graphics package, overlayed on top of the browser default UI.

A demo to help developers get started on their own drop-down select customizations is included with the download.

Here are some key features of "jQselectable":

· Works with normal select fields and opt-groups
· Works with the select field disabled state
· The drop-down panel can be animated with ease
· Add transparency to the drop-down panel
