Conditionizr works by detecting the user's browser type, Retina and pixel ratio support, loading the proper CSS and JS files.

This automates the process of providing polyfills and mobile devices support and reduces it to a few lines of code it takes to load and configure the plugin.

As the name might hint, Conditionizr was inspired and works seamlessly with Modernizr.
