Creates a special settings page in the WP Users management category where all newly registered users have to be approved before being granted access to the site.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3 or higher
