The plugin will reduce page size and improve load speed.

WP-HTML-Compression will compress HTML by removing standard comments and white space. It also includes new lines, carriage returns, tabs and excess spaces.

<pre>, <textarea>, <script> and Internet Explorer conditional comment tags will be ignored.

The developer can still have code comments, but using a special tag like:
<!--wp-html-compression no compression-->comment text<!--wp-html-compression no compression-->

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.2 or higher
