Perfect for building jQuery-powered online chats or notification systems.

The plugin transforms a Web page into a central communications hub, allowing all users viewing that page to receive updates or each others' messages.

By messages, Peerbind is not limited to text only, but anything that can be serialized and transmitted over the Internet (drawing, images, binaries, gestures, DOM modifications, etc.).

Peerbind was developed by Amazon. It ships out with a ready-made connection to one of Amazon's test servers which will handle all message re-routes.

New custom & private servers can be added, for extra security and also for increased speed and performance. The server JS file is also provided in the downloads section.

Limitations:

· Peerbind is not yet a secure solution. It's purposes are only for social engaging.
