Font Awesome is a dingbats (iconographic) font family recently included with Twitter's Bootstrap front-end framework.

It allows embedding icons which are actually perceived as normal letters/characters by the Web page.

Font Awesome is currently the most used iconographic font and has grown to hold over 220 characters.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

To embed a Font Awesome character, use one of these syntaxes:
HTML version: <i class="icon-name"></i>
Shortcode version: [icon name=icon-name]

The official list of icon names (along with a preview) can be viewed on Font Awesome's home page.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3 or higher
