OpenLayers is developed and supported by a number of organizations around the world.

It has mainly been developed to further the use of geographic information in online apps.

It is a framework which separates map tools from map data so that all the tools can operate on all the data sources.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side

· A simple control to add zoom in/out buttons on the map that can be entirely styled using CSS.
· The theme/default directory now includes a mobile-specific CSS file, namely style.mobile.css.
· The geographic and web mercator projections define default values for the maxExtent, and units.
