Fancy Form is an unique UI concept in styling and interacting with form elements.

Designed to fallback if no JavaScript is found.

A demo is included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery JavaScript Library

Limitations:

· For now it supports only drop-down selects, text input fields and buttons.
