It basically loads desired Zend Framework libraries with the WP core, so they can be easily accessible via plugins or themes.

The plugin uses version 1.11.12 of the Zend Framework.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
