It adds a special box in the backend user profile page, where the user can upload and crop his desired picture.

The new avatar will be used everywhere on the blog where the old one was used, replacing the default avatar with the user's uploaded pic.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3 or higher
· PHP 5.1 or higher
