This means any navigation actions on the site's front-end will be Ajaxified and run much more smoother, without reloading the page every time.

The plugin will affect all page links, individual post links and the default WP front-end search.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
