It's not perfect, but does wonders by adding a minimum set of protection measures that makes stealing or copying content a lot harder than just selecting text and pasting it somewhere else.

These measures will prevent or at least deter some users from copying bulk blocks of text and images from the site, all done via some JavaScript magic.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
