NK Google Analytics allows admins to easily embed GA tracking code on the site without any hard-coding required.

All is automated, just enter the proper UA number in the special page added to the WordPress backend.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
