The code is added to a custom.css file.

If the file does not exist, it will be embedded in the site's head section in a style tag.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 2.9 or higher
